charity: water + TOMS pair up!
“charity: water should do something with TOMS shoes!” We can’t tell you how many times we’ve heard this over the years. And we couldn’t agree more. Shoes and clean water are critical resources for the development of healthy children. That’s why TOMS and charity: water are teaming up to not only give shoes to children in need, but to build a clean water well to serve a village of 540 people for 20 years. The well can be found in the village of Sekura, Ethiopia where both shoes and clean water are badly needed.
We’re kicking off two limited-edition shoes we designed with TOMS. When you buy a pair, $5 goes to build a well in Ethiopia. And as always, for every pair of shoes you purchase, TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need.
Also visit the well’s site via Google Maps!
